I am an executive coach specializing in communication and influence. My coaching approach is grounded in the Tavistock tradition, working simultaneously with the person, their role and the organisational system in which they operate.

About me
I am a strategic communication consultant and executive coach with more than 20 years of experience supporting organisations, institutions, executives and entrepreneurs through communication, positioning and governance challenges.
I have co-led the communication and public relations agency ftc communication SA and the participatory think tank foraus, and contributed to the digital transformation of organisations including the Swiss Broadcasting Corporation (RTS), the Montreux Jazz Festival, Presence Switzerland (Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs) and the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC).
I also teach strategic communication, leadership and digital transformation at several Swiss universities and universities of applied sciences.
Today, I help organisations and their leaders clarify direction, strengthen their capacity to act, and communicate with greater clarity, confidence and influence.
Based in French-speaking Switzerland, I work with clients across Switzerland and internationally.
