Executive Coaching
I am an executive coach specializing in communication and influence. My coaching approach is grounded in the Tavistock tradition, working simultaneously with the person, their role and the organisational system in which they operate.

About me
I am a strategic communication consultant and executive coach with more than 20 years of experience supporting organisations, institutions, executives and entrepreneurs through positioning, communication and governance challenges.
I have co-led the communication and public relations agency ftc communication SA and the participatory think tank foraus, and contributed to the digital transformation of organisations including the Swiss Broadcasting Corporation (RTS), the Montreux Jazz Festival, Presence Switzerland (Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs) and the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC).
This experience now informs a coaching practice that pays attention to the individual, the role they occupy, and the systems in which they operate.
I support organisations and their leaders in clarifying direction, strengthening their capacity to act, and communicating with greater clarity, confidence and influence.
I also teach at several Swiss universities.
Based between French-speaking Switzerland and Vietnam, I work with clients across Switzerland and internationally.
